The episode opens where the "Live Free or Die" flashforward left off. Walt is staring inside the trunk, outside Denny's. He closes the trunk and gets in the driver's seat.
Scene 02
Its now midnight. Walt pulls into a parking lot. He looks forward and the camera pans to show that he is at the DEA's head office. He gets out, opens the trunk, takes out the machine gun, and begins firing into the air.
